After-hours Emergency Customer Support
CU Village has always conducted 24x7x365 monitoring of our systems, and because of this, we usually know about a system issue almost as soon as it happens—and we work to resolve it right away. However, we know that emergencies can come up where you need to contact us after-hours to get immediate attention. For such circumstances, we have set up a special emergency e-mail address and phone number for you to use.

To ensure the highest level of after-hours emergency service when you need it, emergency changes and non-emergency contacts through the emergency e-mail address or phone number will be charged at a rate of $375 per incident per hour.

After-hours includes holidays, weekends, before 9:00 AM (EST) and after 5:00 PM (EST).

  How to Effectively Advertise on Your Site
Advertising within your Web site is an important tool in helping you increase awareness and usage of your products and services. Especially on your home page, which many members use primarily as a brief stopping point to your home banking system, online ads can provide the quick hitting message you need to catch their attention—if even only for a few seconds. You can link these ads to any page or document on your site, including your online lending, home banking, or even bill payment systems. With the Rates Management System you can manage your rates from one location on your Web site, and you have the ability to:
  • Create categories with any fields that you need
  • Update the rate information in the administration area
  • Base rates off a specific rate, such as the Prime Rate
  • Publish the rates immediately or set the rates to publish at a designated time

The rates will be published anywhere that you’ve placed the categories on your site. The benefit to your members? Current rates every time they visit your site.
