Process

At CU Village.com we:

  • Believe your Web site is an investment that should produce results for you and your members
  • Know that you have specific goals for your Web site…for both you and your members
  • Know that you want a technology provider you can trust and rely on

When you choose CU Village SM to be your Web site provider, we will be there for you as much as you need us. Some of our clients want us to help lead the way — while others want to lead the way themselves.

Whichever way you're most comfortable with, we think it's important for our clients to use this process, so you get the quality site that you and your members need:

1. Investigate & Analyze

Before we offer any ideas, we talk with you and really listen to what you're saying.

One thing we usually ask you is this: What do you expect to achieve with your Web site?

2. Strategize

Once we know what you want to achieve, the next step is to strategize the best technologies to employ to get it done. We’ll make sure site user-friendly, NCUA —-compliant, and fully functional. We can also build in features that empower you to make changes.

3. Design

Design is more than the look of your site. It's how all the pieces that make up your site come together. To create your site, we coordinate:

  • Technology design, including hosting, programming, and your site's security
  • Web site organization, so members can find what they want and conduct their business-without getting lost in a maze of clicks
  • The Look, including your preferred colors, graphics, and fonts

4. Develop & Test

While we're developing your site, we'll be in contact with you so you can begin reviewing your site. Once your site is completed-but before your site is launched-we'll perform Quality Control checks on all parts of your site. Of course, we encourage you perform your own checks. But remember, throughout the entire process we'll work with you to make sure the site you planned to get is the site you actually get.

5. Launch

Once we've completed our Quality Control checks, it's time to launch your site. In other words, your site will be live on the Web. Members will appreciate the online access to your products and services-as well as the capabilities that your site affords them.

6. Maintain & Grow

Your members constantly experience growth and change…and your Web site should reflect that growth and those changes. So, even though your site is live, that doesn't mean our work is done. CU VillageSM is here to help if you need help.
